The Saturday Sit returns in September and I am looking forward to being in the collective attention with you again.
First Saturday of the Month at 9-10am at @theyellowhouse_rva
Join me in community for a 30-40 min guided meditation followed by space to receive guidance on experiences.
This monthly practice offers a container through which one can deepen self-understanding through awareness-based meditation.
